Online ordering, till, caller ID and deliveries

Take back control of your takeaway.

Dineya gives independent takeaways their own ordering site, till, phone and drivers in one system. Your menu, your customers, your money. You pay a flat monthly fee instead of aggregator commission on every order.

No sales calls, no contracts to sign first. Message us and see your own menu online this week.

Why Dineya exists

You built the business. You should own it.

Marketplaces take a cut of every order, and keep your customers' details. The phone still rings all evening, and you're scribbling addresses between orders.

The software that could fix both was built and priced for chains, not for a shop like yours.

Keep the apps if they bring you new customers
Dineya isn't a marketplace and doesn't compete for discovery. Leave them on for people who have never heard of you, and move your regulars onto your own ordering link, where there is no marketplace cut to pay.

Caller ID on your till

Know who's calling before you pick up.

The phone rings and the caller is already on the till: their name, their address and everything they have ordered from you before. No asking for the postcode again, no scribbling on a pad. It works on a landline or on VoIP, using the number you already have.

"The usual, Sarah?" is the fastest order you'll ever take.

The phone rings
On the number already on your boxes.
They appear on the till
Matched while it is still ringing.
The order is taken
One tap starts their usual, address filled in.

Direct online ordering

Your own ordering site, live in a day.

Customers order from your menu at your web address. Delivery or collection, card or cash. Kitchen tickets print automatically. Every customer stays yours. Their details go in your book, not a marketplace's.

Built for service

A POS that keeps up on a Friday night.

Orders, drivers and deliveries on one screen. Assign drivers, track every order to the door, and see your day's numbers when the rush is over.

Delivery operations · on the Pro plan

Your delivery fleet, on one screen.

Dineya works out which orders should go out together and who should take them. You always know which driver is out, what they're carrying and when they're due back, without ringing round to find out.

  • Fewer trips, same orders. Orders heading the same way go out together, so one driver covers three drops instead of three drivers each covering one. Less fuel, and food arrives hotter.
  • Everyone accounted for. The board shows who's in the shop and who's out, and keeps itself up to date. No radios, no shouting through to the kitchen.
  • Every order tracked to the door. See what's out, what's going next, and when a driver is heading back, so nothing sits waiting on the pass.

Reports

Know your numbers by the time you've locked up.

Every order feeds your reports automatically: takings for the day, delivery against collection, card against cash, and the hours that actually earn. See how the week is tracking against the last, and export it all to CSV for your accountant on Standard and above.

Your customers, actually yours

Built to bring them back.

Marketplaces rent you your own customers. Dineya does the opposite. Every order you take is a customer you can win back without paying a marketplace for them again.

Your customer book
Every order adds a name, a number and a history, kept in your account rather than sold back to you as advertising.
Regulars, recognised
Caller ID greets returning customers by name, and their usual order is one tap away.
One address, everywhere
Your ordering link goes on your boxes, flyers, window and socials, and no marketplace takes a cut of what comes through it.
In the works
Next: the phone that answers itself.

Dineya already knows who's calling. Soon it will answer too, greeting regulars by name, taking the order while you're plating up, and sending it straight to the kitchen. No more missed calls on a Friday night.

Pricing

No aggregator commission. No long contract.

A flat monthly fee, so you keep your margins.

This is not another bill on top. Independent takeaways typically pay £120 to £180 a month for a legacy till system that does less, and Dineya is built to replace it.

Getting started

What happens after you message us.

No sales call, no forms to fill in first. Three steps, and your site can be taking orders the same week.

STEP ONE
You send us your menu
Message us on WhatsApp with your shop name and your menu. A photo of a printed one is fine, we'll type it up.
STEP TWO
We build your site
We set up your ordering page with your items, prices, options and opening hours, then send you the link to check over.
STEP THREE
You go live
Once you're happy, it's live at your own address. On till plans we come out and fit the touchscreen, printer and Caller ID unit.

Questions

The things shops ask us first.

Do I have to leave Just Eat or Deliveroo?
No. Dineya isn't a marketplace and doesn't compete for discovery, so nothing stops you running both.
How long am I tied in for?
There's no minimum term. You can cancel any time and it runs to the close of your current billing period. Full detail is in our terms.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. For your customers' details you are the data controller and Dineya is your processor, which means we handle that information on your instructions and nothing else. It's set out in our data processing agreement.
What if I stop using Dineya? Do I lose everything?
No. You can ask for an export of your data on the way out. The window for that, and what happens to the data afterwards, are in our privacy policy.
Will Caller ID work with my phone line?
Yes, on a landline or on VoIP, using the number you already have. We supply the unit and fit it when we install the till, so there's no new line to order and no number to change.
What hardware do I need?
Starter is software only and runs on what you've already got. You can also add a kitchen printer for £499, once, so your online orders print themselves in the kitchen. Standard and Pro come with our kit: touchscreen till, receipt printer and Caller ID unit, £949 one time, fitted by us and yours to keep.
Can I take card payments online?
Yes, if you want them. Card payments run through Stripe and settle straight into your own bank account, so we never hold your money. Pricing for it is set out before you switch it on.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We build the menu, set the site up and fit the hardware. What you're left with is a till that takes orders and prints tickets, and a phone that tells you who's calling.

See it for yourself.

Browse the demo shop, place a test order, watch it arrive on the POS. Then message us, and we'll have yours live this week.
