From their phone to your pass.
No marketplace in between. Customers order on your own website. It lands on your till, the kitchen ticket prints itself, and their phone follows the order to the door. Play the example below, or place a real order on the demo shop.
Example only. Nothing is sent, printed or saved.
-
They order onlineConfirmed
Your own ordering site, screen by screen: the menu, choosing options, the basket, checkout with delivery or collection and card or cash, then the confirmation. Tap the dots to look at each one.
-
It lands on your till
The till as it is today, and the alert it shows the moment the order arrives: top right, over whatever you are doing, with a chime. It stays until you accept or dismiss it, and the order joins Today's orders.
-
The ticket prints
The ticket exactly as the kitchen printer prints it, the moment the order arrives: on the till plans, or with the Starter kitchen printer.
-
Their phone follows it
The customer's own order page, as the app shows it on their phone. Every tap on the till moves it along: received, confirmed, preparing, on the way, delivered, with the delivery estimate you set.
On the Standard and Pro plans
“The usual, Sarah?”
The phone rings and the caller is already on the till: their name, their address and what they ordered before, while it is still ringing. One tap starts the order with their details filled in.
It works with the number you already have, on a landline or most VoIP lines. We supply the unit and fit it with the till, so there is no new line to order and no number to change.
On the Pro plan
Your drivers, on one board.
Orders heading the same way go out together, so one driver covers three drops instead of three drivers covering one. You see who is out, what they are carrying and when they are due back, without ringing round to find out.
Driver management, run planning and check-in are on Pro.
Know your numbers by the time you've locked up.
Every order from the till and the website feeds your reports automatically: takings, card against cash, delivery against collection, the days that earn and the items that sell. Export it all for your accountant on Standard and above.
Starter keeps 30 days of analytics. Advanced reporting and CSV export are on Standard and Pro.
Keep your regulars coming back.
A stamp card that fills itself
Customers collect stamps on website, phone and counter orders, cash included. When the card is full, the reward comes off their next order. No paper cards.
Reorder in one tap
Regulars repeat a past order in one tap, with their address already saved.
Order from their own phone, in your shop
Put a code on the counter or the tables. Customers scan it, order and pay on their phone, and the ticket prints. Needs online card payments switched on.
Dineya already knows who is calling. We are building the part that takes the order too. Not part of any plan yet, and not something to buy today.
See it running in your own shop.
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll have your menu online this week. No sales call, and nothing to sign before you see it working.
