One flat monthly fee.

Per shop, billed monthly.

  • No commission on your orders.
  • No fee for your customers. They pay your menu prices, plus any delivery charge you set.
  • No contract. Pay monthly, cancel any time, and take your data with you.
  • Free setup. Send us a photo of your menu and we type it in.

This is not another bill on top. Independent takeaways typically pay £120 to £180 a month for a legacy till system that does less, and Dineya is built to replace it.

Standard and Pro run on our hardware kit: touchscreen till, receipt printer and Caller ID unit. The kit is £949, once. We install it and set you up at no extra charge, and the kit is yours to keep.

On Starter, add a kitchen printer for £499, once, and your online orders print themselves in the kitchen as they come in. Move up to the full kit later and everything you paid comes off its price, so you only pay the difference.

Card payments online are optional. They run through Stripe and settle into your own bank account, with a small processing fee per card payment that we set out before you switch it on. That is a processing fee, not commission. There is no marketplace commission on any plan.

What moving your regulars could save.

Marketplaces take a cut of every order and keep your customers' details. Put in the orders you think you could move to your own site, the commission you pay now, and the plan you would pick.

It only counts the orders you actually move. Nobody moves every marketplace order on day one, so start with your regulars.

Worked out in your browser from the figures you enter. Nothing is sent to us. It compares the commission avoided on the orders you move against the monthly plan fee, and nothing else: hardware, card processing fees and any change in your delivery or marketing costs are left out. It does not assume your existing marketplace orders all move across.

The things shops ask us first.

Do I have to leave Just Eat or Deliveroo?
No. Dineya isn't a marketplace and doesn't compete for discovery, so nothing stops you running both. Most shops keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own link.
How long am I tied in for?
There's no minimum term. You can cancel any time and it runs to the close of your current billing period. Full detail is in our terms.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. For your customers' details you are the data controller and Dineya is your processor, which means we handle that information on your instructions and nothing else. It's set out in our data processing agreement.
What if I stop using Dineya? Do I lose everything?
No. You can ask for an export of your data on the way out. The window for that, and what happens to the data afterwards, are in our privacy policy.
Will Caller ID work with my phone line?
It works with the number you already have, on a landline or most VoIP lines, and we check your line before we fit anything. We supply the unit and fit it when we install the till, so there's no new line to order and no number to change. Caller ID is included on Standard and Pro.
What hardware do I need?
Starter is software only and runs on what you've already got. You can also add a kitchen printer for £499, once, so your online orders print themselves in the kitchen. Standard and Pro come with our kit: touchscreen till, receipt printer and Caller ID unit, £949 one time, fitted by us and yours to keep.
Can I take card payments online?
Yes, if you want them. Card payments run through Stripe and settle straight into your own bank account, so we never hold your money. There is a small processing fee per card payment, set out before you switch it on. It is a processing fee, not commission.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We build the menu, set the site up and fit the hardware. What you're left with is a till that takes orders and prints tickets, and a phone that tells you who's calling.

See it running in your own shop.

Message us on WhatsApp and we'll have your menu online this week. No sales call, and nothing to sign before you see it working.
